"Friendly website yes"
Friendly website, but your fares or prices are higher than your competitors like one travel and cheapoair. Last January I was missed my flight overseas due to unavoidable and unexpected circumstances, and I called your customer service line for help, but Zero helpfulness and friendliness. I hope I will not have such a terrible experience on my this coming trip. Thanks.

"i have booked twice with alternative"
i have booked twice with alternative, then i had to cancel the bookings twice, they have refunded the full amount within a very short time here we are saying an hour or even less, i will book all my tickets thru alternative airlines, they are honest. just one thing to consider is the tickets pricing strategy for ex. when booking 1 ticket now for a flight then booking another ticket at the same flight after 2 minutes the price of the second bookings is higher always. it looks like the system need some maintenance.. as a conclusion its a very good agency which i like to deal with..

I have no idea I was booking tickets with this company. Still don't know. I started with Lync Airlines. Blue ribbon bag protection was charged on my purchase, meantime I have no bags. Alternative Airlines reimburse me promptly.
